DIY Bookmark 🔖

So here is the equipment you will need...

• Cardboard
• Cute paper
• White paper
• Stickers
• Hole punch
• Black marker
• Scissors
• Pencil
• Glue stick
• Mod podge/clear glue
• Paint brush
• Ruler
• Wool

Here is how you can make this cute bookmark...

1. On the cardboard draw a rectangle (so the shape you want your bookmark to be).
2. Cut it out.
3. Using glue, glue on some cute paper (can be wrapping paper).
4. Cut the wrapping paper to be the size of the bookmark.
5. Using a different wrapping paper or cute paper draw a smaller rectangle.
6. Cut it out.
7. Glue it onto the middle of the bookmark.
8. On some white paper draw 4 thin and small rectangles that could fit a word.
9. Cut them all out.
10. Cut them apart.
11. Now with a pencil write the words you want on each rectangle piece (I wrote "Don't forget to be awesome").
12. Cut the sides of the rectangles to size so they are not too long.
13. Using a black marker go over the words.
14. Using glue, glue on the words onto the bookmark.
15. Using a hole punch, punch a hole at the top of the bookmark.
16. Seal the whole bookmark with mod podge/clear glue.
17. If you want you can add a sticker like I added a love heart sticker.
18. Now take some wool and cut 3 pieces all the same size.
19. Thread each piece twice through the hole you punched at the top of the bookmark.
20. Now put all the ends through the loop.
21. Tighten it.
22. Cut the ends of the wool pieces to make them all the same size.

And we are done.
